Ingredients:
1 box (7 1/4 oz.) macaroni anc cheese dinner mix (plus ingredients to make according to package directions)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Prepare macaroni dinner mix according to package directions; stir in eggs. Spread onto a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, basil and oregano. Spread over macaroni mixture. Layer with sausage mixture, mushrooms and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
