Buffalo Burger Topping

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Louisiana-style hot sauce
1 celery rib, finely chopped
6 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese


Directions:
In a small bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.  Add mayonnaise and hot sauce; beat until smooth.  Chill until serving.  Spoon onto your favorite burger; top with celery and cheese.
