Popcorn Salad

Ingredients:
2 cans chopped water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. chopped cooked bacon
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. mayonnaise
2-3 Tbsp. white vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1 bag (6 oz.) white gourmet popcorn, popped

Directions:
Mix together water chestnuts, bacon, cheese, onion, celery, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.  Add popcorn just before serving.
