Horseradish Burgers

Horseradish Burgers Recipe


Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1-2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
8 hamburger buns, split


Directions:
In a large bowl, combine beef, steak sauce and seasoned salt; mix well.  Shape into 16 patties.  In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, horseradish and mustard.  Spoon about 1 Tbsp. into the center of half of the patties; top with the remaining patties.  Press edges to seal.


Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink.  Serve on buns.
