1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well-blended.
