Ingredients:
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. 2% milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Brewed coffee (1/2 c. per serving)
Directions:
In a blender, combine the first 8 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator.
For each serving, place coffee in a mug. Stir in 1/3 c. Irish cream. Heat mixture in a microwave if desired.
