Pie Crust

Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. shortening
3 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Blend salt with flour.  In another bowl, beat egg and add water and vinegar.  Add to flour mixture and mix lightly.  

Note~ It is usually a good idea to bake the crust before you put a filling in it (otherwise it may be soggy).  To do this, put the crust in a pan then prick the bottom with a fork multiple times.  Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes.
