Czechoslovakian Noodles

Ingredients:
1 egg
4 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.  Knead dough on floured board.  Use more flour if needed so dough will not be too sticky.  Divide dough into 3 or 4 parts.  Roll out very thin.  Place on a large towel to partially dry, turn over, do not dry completely.  Cut into strips, stack and cut fine or as preferred.
