Imitation Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients:
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. butter or Crisco
1 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Blend together flour and milk.  Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.  Let cool.

Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla.  Add to flour mixture and beat until it is a spreading consistency.  When finished frosting, it looks like whipped cream.  Will frost generously two 9 inch layers.
