Sorbet Mimosa

Ingredients:
1 pint sorbet (blood orange)
1 bottle champagne
Orange zest
Mint (for garnish)

Directions:
Place 2 small scoops of sorbet in a champagne flute.  Slowly pour champagne over top.  Garnish with mint spring and orange zest.
