White Sauce

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. butter
2 c. stock
Salt to taste
1 c. light cream or milk
1 or 2 egg yolks

Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour.  Add stock and salt; simmer for 30 minutes.  Mix cream with egg yolks and pour into sauce, stirring constantly.  Do not boil.  Serve over vegetables.
