Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. chopped rhubarb
TOPPING:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Mix together egg, sugar, milk, baking soda, flour and rhubarb.  Put in greased 8x8 pan.  

Mix together brown sugar and nuts and sprinkle over the the batter.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
