Ingredients:
5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic, crushed
1 c. vegetable oil
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth. Slowly add oil in a thin stream while blender is running. Continue until all oil is used.
