Ingredients:
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash of ground cloves
4 ears of corn with husks
2 tsp. butter or stick margarine, melted
Directions:
Prepare grill.
Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
Pull husks back from corn and scrub silks. Brush butter over corn and sprinkle with spice mixture. Place corn on the grill rack; grill 12 minues or until done, turning corn occasionally.
