Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split


Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients.  Shape into 4 patties.  


In a large skillet, cook patties in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until crisp and lightly browned.  Serve on buns.
