Grilled Taco-Spiced Chicken

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix (from 1 oz. package)
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lbs.)
1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Directions:
Heat gas or charcoal grill.  In a shallow bowl, mix taco seasoning and oregano.  Brush chicken with oil; sprinkle with seasoning mixture.

Place chicken on grill over medium heat.  Cover grill; cook 10-15 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of the thickest part is cut (170 degrees).

Meanwhile, in a small microwave-safe bowl, mix barbecue sauce, chili sauce and cumin.  Cover; microwave on high 30-60 seconds or until hot.  Serve as sauce over chicken.

Note~ Can bake as well.  Heat grill to 375 degrees.  Line a shallow baking pan with foil or spray with cooking spray.  Place coated chicken in pan.  Bake 25-30 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when the center of the thickest part if cut (170 degrees).
