No-Bake Granola Bars

No-Bake Granola Bars recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. Planters Nutrition Antioxidant mix
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar

Directions:
Line a 9x13 pan with foil with ends extending over the sides.

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.

Microwave remaining ingredients in a microwaveable bowl on high for 1 minutes; add to cereal mixture and mix well.  Press onto bottom of prepared pan.


Cool 30 minutes.  Remove from pan before cutting into bars.
