Dumplings

Ingredients:
3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together.  Beat egg, add milk.  Mix into dry ingredients.  Drop by tablespoon onto boiling sauerkraut.  Cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
