Ingredients:
2 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (16 oz.) chili beans, undrained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. salsa
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork in oil; drain. Place in 5 quart slow cooker; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook 4 hours longer.
