Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Ranch Mashed Potatoes recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. baking potatoes (about 3), peeled and cut into chunks
1 c. small fresh cauliflower florets
1/4 c. light ranch dressing

Directions:
Cook vegetables in boiling water in a large saucepan for 20 minutes or until tender; drain.

Add dressing and then mash until light and fluffy.
