Pineapple-Raspberry Parfaits

Pineapple-Raspberry Parfaits Recipe

Ingredients:
2 containers (8 oz. each) nonfat peach yogurt (2 cups)
1/2 pint fresh raspberries (about 1 1/4 c.)
1 1/2 c. fresh, frozen or canned pineapple chunks

Directions:
Divide and layer yogurt, raspberries and pineapple into 4 glasses.  Serve.

Note~ Each glass is only 109 calories, has 0 g. fat, 2 mg. cholesterol, 23 g. carbohydrates, 5 g. protein, 3 g. fiber, 58 mg. sodium, 113 mg. potassium.
