Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. light rum
4 pineapple chunks
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with 1 c. crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at low speed for a few minutes. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
