Texas Caviar

Ingredients:
2 cans (15 oz. each) canned black beans or black eye peas, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) regular yellow corn, drained
1/2-3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green bell pepper
1/4 c. diced purple onion
1/8-1/4 c. chopped cilantro
Chopped pickled jalapeno slices (to your taste)
1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together adding the dressing last.  Chill overnight.  Serve with tortilla chips or as a salad.
