Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Ingredients:
6 c. milk
3 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
3 c. shredded cooked chicken
1 c. sour cream
1/4-1/2 c. hot pepper sauce (can use 2 Tbsp. if wanting less heat)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.  Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
