Ingredients:
1/8 c. Malibu rum
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine (just enough to make the bottom of the glass red)
Garnish with 2 maraschino cherries and 2 slice of pineapple
Directions:
Put 3-4 ice cubes in the bottom of a glass.
Pour the pineapple juice and rum over the ice.
Next, pour the grenadine slowly down one side of the glass (pouring too fast will mix it and it wont get the cool color separation).
Garnish with cherries and pineapple on a toothpick.
