Ingredients:
3/4 c. light mayonnaise
3/4 c. Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh chives, roughly chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.black pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
