Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients; chill for an hour or two.  Serve as a dip for wings or vegetables.
