Frosted Pumpkin Bars

frosted pumpkin bars

Ingredients:

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured large cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for frosting and spread on warm pumpkin bars.
