Ingredients:
1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. crushed red-hot cinnamon candies
3-4 Tbsp. (from a 4 serving size box) blueberry gelatin
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheets with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil. Stir in crushed cinnamon candies. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle tops of cookies with gelatin. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden.
Remove from cookie sheets to a wire rack to cool.
Notes~ To crush the cinnamon candies, place them in a plastic bag on a cutting board and roll firmly with a rolling pin. Also you can use M&M candies if you would prefer not to use the cinnamon candies.
