Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:
1/3 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped bottled roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
