Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter, salted
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon or lime zest (from about 1 lemon or lime)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until well-blended.
Serve right away or wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until ready to serve. May refrigerate for up to 1 week.
