Ingredients:
1 can (46 oz.) V8 juice
2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. ground turkey or beef, cooked and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 tsp. dried minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a 5 quart slow cooker, combine the first 5 ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
