Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. beef tips or cubed beef stew meat
1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
1/2 onion, cut into slivers
1 pkg. (1 oz.) dry onion soup mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth
1/4 c. red wine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Place beef in a 5 quart slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beef and stir.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
