Ingredients:
1 c. root beer
1 oz. bourbon
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Fill a glass halfway with root beer, then add bourbon. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and, once all the fizzing has settled down, top with more root beer.
