Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained and rinsed
Handful of cilantro, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
4-5 medium tomatoes, diced
3-4 avocados, diced
Juice of 1/2 lime
8 oz. of your favorite Italian dressing
Directions:
Squeeze lime juice over avocados to prevent browning. Toss everything together and serve with tortilla chips or corn chips. Keep refrigerated.
