Ingredients:
6 tea bags
6 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Place tea bags in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour boiling water over tea bags; let steep 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and add to tea along with lemon juice. Mix well and let cool to room temperature. Cover and freeze at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Remove from freezer and scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy. Serve, or spoon into a freezer container and keep frozen until ready to serve.
