Ingredients:
1 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed
3 c. water
6 Tbsp. butter
6 c. turkey or chicken stuffing mix
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, or until no pink remains, stirring to break up the sausage. Drain and set aside.
In a large soup pot, bring water and butter to a boil. Stir in the stuffing mix, cover and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in sausage and Parmesan cheese and serve.
