Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/2 tomato, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.  Spread mayonnaise over mixture, sealing the edges of the bowl.  Cover and chill.  At serving time, blend the mayonnaise into the mixture.  Serve with tortilla chips.
