No Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder.  Mix in shortening and mix well.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a fork.

(Makes 2 double crusts)
