Dumplings
(Courtesy of Favorite Recipes of the Nebraska Czechs)
Ingredients: 2 c. flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, well beaten 2 tsp. butter 3/4 c. milk Directions: Mix all above ingredients and form into balls. Place on top of meat and kraut and steam until done.
