Gluten-Free Muffins

Ingredients:
1 c. brown rice flour
1/2 c. rice bran
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. honey
3/4 c. orange juice or water
1/2 c. blueberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.  Combine flour, bran, baking powder in bowl.  Stir to mix.  Add the rest of the ingredients.  Mix well.  Spoon into lightly oiled muffin cups.  Bake 12-15 minutes, or until brown.
