Ingredients:
12 chicken drumsticks (3 lbs.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. apricot jam, warmed
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. For sauce, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer rads 180 degrees, turning and basting occasionally with sauce. Cool for 5 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
