Ingredients:
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 c. thick and chunky salsa
1/4 c. beer
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until smooth and the cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
