Greek Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
1 c. reduced fat or light sour cream
1/2 c. mayo with olive oil reduced fat mayonnaise
1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
8 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. dill weed


Directions:
Mix together all ingredients until well-blended.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or whole wheat baked pita chops.


Note~ Can substitute 1 Tbsp. fresh dill for the dill weed.
