Ingredients:
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
1/2 c. butter
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, parsley, butter, garlic and black pepper. Mix well. Serve with steak, vegetables or bread.
